Cleary
Pearl Ettabella Campbell Haga Cleary, 90, died Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2009, at her home in Troutdale.
She was born Dec. 22, 1918, in Troutdale to the late Harvey Lee and Louiana Barker Campbell.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husbands, the Rev. Fred Henry Haga and Homer Cleary; two sons, James Cecil Haga and Edgar Haga; three brothers, Carl Campbell, James Monroe Campbell and Arthur Campbell; and two sisters, Sarah Walton and Myrtle Adams.
Survivors include four daughters, Lucy Haga Fox of Nickelsville, Sarah Haga Scott Hill of Sharpes, Fla., Rebecca Haga of Marion and Margaret Crigger of Troutdale; 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one sister, Viola Suitt of Troutdale; a sister-in-law, Lila Campbell of Volney; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Jessee Finley, Jimmy Hoosier, Norman Wallin, Della Woods Robbins, Norma Jean Fox and Herndon Hollandsworth.
Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, at Comers Creek Baptist Church, Troutdale, with interment in Campbell Cemetery, Troutdale, with the Rev. Dennis Eller, John Lee Suitt and the Rev. Andy Blevins officiating.
The family received friends at the church Thursday from 1 p.m. until service time.
Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home, Independence, was in charge of arrangements.
